采用表面活性单体烯丙基-2-羟丙基醚磺酸钠(NaAPS)和丙烯酸聚羟基丙酸酯(PHPA)作为乳化体系进行无皂硅氧烷/丙烯酸酯(硅丙)共聚乳液的制备,研究了表面活性单体种类,共用和用量对硅丙共聚乳液及其涂料性能的影响。结果表明,与普通硅丙共聚乳液相比,无皂硅丙共聚乳液涂料的涂膜有较好的综合性能。 |

Abstract: |
The soap-free siloxane/acrylate copolymeric emulsion was prepared by using sodium allyl-2-hydroxy propyl ether sulfonate(NaAPS) and poly(hydroxy propionic acid) acrylate(PHPA) as emulsifying system. The influence of types, cooperation and contents of surface-active monomers on the properties of soap-free siloxane/acrylate copolymeric emulsion and its coating were studied. The results show that the coating of the soap-free siloxane/acrylate copolymeric emulsion has better comprehensive properties than that of the general siloxane/acrylate emulsion. |
