测试粉体粒度时,样品的分散条件是影响其结果精确度的主要因素,为了减小由于样品分散条件不同而引起的误差,采用LS230激光粒工分析你有矿渣粉体、玻璃粉体,研究了粉体式样浓度、温度、分散时间、分散介质、分散剂种类及分散剂浓度对粒度测定结果的影响,从而得出了粒度分析样品的最佳分散条件。 |

Abstract: |
Dispersion is an important factor affecting the determination accuracy of powder particle size. In order to reduce the error caused by different degree of dispersion, the effects of dispersion on the accuracy of particle size analysis were investigated and the optimized operating dispersing factors for slag and glass powders were determined for laser particle size analyzer(LS230). |
