运用静态实验的方法,以高炉渣玻璃熔体对碳化硅耐火材料,硅砖耐火材料进行了侵蚀试验,研究了侵蚀前后耐火材料的晶相组成和显微结构,并探讨了高炉渣玻璃对耐火材料的侵蚀机理。实验结果表明:炉渣玻璃对耐火材料的侵蚀是一个复杂的物理化学过程,玻璃液对耐火材料既有物理侵蚀,又有化学侵蚀作用。 |

Abstract: |
Static experiments on the erosion of silicon carbide and silica brick refractories by slag glass melt were performed. The crystalline composition and microstructure of these refractories before and after being eroded were investigated by XRD and SEM; and the erosion mechanism of slag glass to these refractories was discussed. The experimental results show that the erosion of refractories by slag glass melt is a complex physical chemistry process. These refractories are attacked both physically and chemically by glass melt. |
