根据Horsfield模型,讨论了超细粉的填充效应,利用水化程度与颗粒粒径,水化深度的理论关系,结合矿渣粉体实测的粒径分布,计算了超细粉的水化程度。用压汞法测量了超细粉比表面积,并讨论了其对水化水泥浆体孔结构的影响。研究了水泥砂强度随矿渣比表面积的变化规律。结果表明,据Horsfield模型确定的超细填充粉,具有良好的填充效应,能有效地改善硬化水泥浆体的孔径分布,计算所得的矿渣水化程度与矿渣水泥强度具有很好的相关性。 |

Abstract: |
The packing effect and pozzolanic effect of superfine slag powder were analyzed to illustrate the packing mechanism of superfine slag powder. In the packing effect, Horsfield model was employed to define the appropriate fineness of slag powder, and the Andrensen equation was introduced to compare the particle size distribution to reveal the contribution of the superfines to the close packing. In pozzolanic effect, the degree of hydration was calculated according to the hydration model and the measured particle size distribution of slag. As an examination of the analysis, the hardened slag cement pastes were tested for strength and mercury intrusion. The results show that the packing effect of the selected powders is positive and obvious; the pozzolanic effect is beneficial to the strength of the paste that is closely related to the degree of hydration calculated. |
