煅烧白云石对水泥物理性能和膨胀行为的影响

摘要:
研究了白云石的煅烧温度、保温时间以及掺量等因素对水泥物理性能和膨胀行为的影响,结果发现,随着白云石煅烧温度的提高,水泥石的强度降低,膨胀率增大;保温时对后期强度的影响不大;水泥石的自由线膨胀率随煅烧白云石掺量的增大而增大,合理控制白云石的煅烧温度、保温时间,并选择合适的掺量,可以使水泥浆体产生适度的膨胀,起到补偿收缩、防止开裂,增加强度、提高抗渗性能的作用。

Abstract:
In this paper, the effects of calcination temperature, holding time and content of dolomite on the strength and expansion rate of cement mixed with calcined dolomite were investigated. The higher the calcination temperature, the lower the strength, and the higher the free linear expansion rate of cement stone is. The longer the holding time, the lower the strength, and the higher the free linear expansion rate of cement stone is. The content of dolomite has no significant influences on the final strength of cement. By proper control of calcination temperature, holding time and content of dolomite, the hardened cement paste with suitable expansion can be made, which plays a role in shrinkage compensation of the paste, reinforcement and improvement of impermeability.
