Abstract: |
In this paper, at first the theory of rubber toughening polymer is briefly reviewed, then the concept of rigid particle toughening polymer, the toughening mechanism and the influencing factors are discussed. The difference and the internal relation between the three toughening mechanisms are compared. Finally the advances on inorganic rigid particle toughening are described. |
