超声波首波相位反转法检测混凝土裂缝深度

摘要:
介绍了超声波首波相位反转法检测混凝土裂缝深度的一种新方法,这一方法是利用低频超声脉冲在混凝土中绕射的特性,只须移动换能器,确定首波相位反转临界点,即可确定混凝土的裂缝深度.与其它混凝土裂缝深度检测方法相比,无需通过公式的计算,检测简单、直观、方便、迅速,并使超声波检测钢筋较密集区域的混凝土裂缝深度成为可能.

Abstract:
Ultrasonic initial wave phrase reverse method was proposed to detect the depth of concrete crack.In this new method,diffracted character of low frequency ultrasonic pulse in concrete was used.The depth of crack was detect by simply moving the transducer to find the critical point of initial wave phrase reverse.Comparing with other testing method,the ultrasonic initial wave phrase reverse method is simple,audio visual,convenient,quick and without calculating by formula.The method also makes it possible to detect the crack depth in closely reinforced concrete by ultrasonic.
